”In 1992, McVeer began offering wallpaper and fabrics with collections including brands such as Thibaut and Anne French and classic British lighting of the Limehouse Lighting Co. Today, McVeer’s range has much more to offer, with classic British lighting, Italian fabrics and wallpaper, Scottish tartan rugs and carpets, British rails and Scottish Harris Tweed and wool tartan fabrics.”
Where does your affinity for wallpaper and fabrics come from?
”From a young age, I worked part-time for my parents’ company. After deciding to work full-time for McVeer, I first participated in an internship at Thibaut in the United States. Here I learned a lot about the production process behind wallpaper and fabrics. I also met many sales representatives in America (Texas, New Jersey and NYC) to learn more about the industry. Later I also visited Erre Erre in Italy to learn more about fabrics.”
